Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail ‘72

I've heard this book come up in different discussions. Thought I'd give it a try.

Wickedly entertaining trip through the mostly Democratic 1972 primaries. Hunter Thompson is quite the writer, inserting himself into the mix with his drugs-infused insight into the candidates, the political atmosphere, and the voting public. This was quite enjoyable.
